I’m Chantel Spinner — a doula, nonprofit communicator, and content strategist.

This space was created to bring together the work I do in the world: Supporting births Telling meaningful stories Helping mission-driven organizations speak with clarity and care As a birthworker, I’ve walked beside families during some of their most vulnerable and powerful moments. As a nonprofit marketing professional, I’ve helped tell stories that inspire change, raise awareness, and connect people to life-changing resources. And as a content creator, I use words and visuals to build trust, move hearts, and elevate marginalized voices. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum deserve to be witnessed and honored — not rushed or minimized.
I provide trauma-informed doula care with an emphasis on advocacy, education, and emotional support, especially for women of color who are often underserved by the medical system.

My doula services include:

Prenatal consultations to create a birth plan that aligns with your values
Continuous labor support (in-person or virtual), offering presence, guidance, and advocacy
Postpartum care focused on rest, healing, and emotional processing
Partner preparation and family education so everyone feels supported
